Scholarship is one of the best features of the Uttar Pradesh technical university.
Scholarships are given to the one who needs as well as deserves it.
Although this is one hell of an initiative taken by the university and they are spending crores and crore of rupees to make it easier for the students to study and built a glorified future, there are few hitches.

The university's procedure for scholarship is quite a mess and getting your scholarship is really a hard nut to crack. So we at UPTU Media have taken an initiative to help students who are striving hard to get there scholarship by helping them and guiding them.

Scholarship for General/OBC/SC/ST is issue by UP samaj kalyan vibhag, only for those students whose family income is below 2 lakh per year.
Any eligible candidate from UP institute, college can fill UP scholarship form from 1st October 2013 to 31st December 2013.
There is only one option to fill UP scholarship form 2013-14 that online on http://scholarship.up.nic.in/
Please read and recheck all entries on scholarship form before click on submit button and must take printout of filled online scholarship form.
When any candidate fill UP scholarship form 2013-14, he/she get a registration number which will use to fill scholarship form and also helpful for further inquiry of his/her scholarship status in future.

After filling UP scholarship forms every candidate require to submit all necessary document (self attested) to their respective institute with in 7 days of online filling of scholarship form.

After 31st December 2013, UP scholarship filling process on scholarship.up.nic.in will be locked and after that no one able to submit any scholarship application online.
If your scholarship form will accepted then you get your scholarship money  by e-payment in your respective bank account which you written in your online scholarship form.
You also get SMS on your registered mobile number on four occasion (when you submit your form THEN when your college submit your detail THEN when your scholarship application is accept and LAST when money is transfer in your account).
